For that much, you could buy a GT-R Nismo at MSRP and then a regular GT-R.

Is that even legal?

Yep I remember a local Plymouth dealer in the late '90s had a Prowler for $39k and a "market adjustment" of $35,000 almost doubling the price of the car. Its all legal. The OEM can frown on it but cannot do much to stop it.

Damn, even without the $75k markup, the sticker price on that is shocking.

Pfff, I'd just go through Costco Auto.

for that price I can get a loaded 911 Turbo S, and have enough left over to re-buy my GLI...

I'd just sell my Golf R and get a McLaren 12C Spider.

For just the extra markup I could pay off my house and buy a Volt.
